Pseudocode for ValidateAddress

Does anyone know if the Pseudocode for ValidateAddress in section B3.5.1 of the ARMv7-M spec is at all accurate?

The pseudocode for ValidateAddress is struck through in two different colours. It would be nice to have an authoritative reference. Is there a more recent version of this document?
