Basic difference between Strongly ordered memory and Device memory

Note: This was originally posted on 21st November 2008 at http://forums.arm.com Hello Group, I was reading the ARM arch. ref. manual. I got a doubt. I have to choose between either Strongly ordered memory or device memory. Which should I choose.
