Out of AAME and AAE which certification is furitfull for gettign Job offers(entry level jobs) ,please also tell the difference betweent them

I am working as a validation engineer in automotive company

I had earlier worked with ARM Cortex M3 at introductory level

I want to switch to a development Profile

which  of the certification will help me to get a job (entry  Level)
