The TQMa35 module supports the the Freescale i.MX35 family based on the ARM11TM processor family. The i.MX35 family is a Freescale Energy-Efficient Solutions product that provides the ideal balance of performance, power consumption, connectivity, and media capabilities necessary to drive today's multimedia applications.
The TQ module is available with the i.MX353 which is targeted for consumer and industrial applications and is packed with connectivity options including UARTs, SPIs, Ethernet, two Controller Area Network (CAN) modules, two USB ports with integrated PHYs, ESAI and three MMC/SD/SDIO ports. The i.MX353 has the ability to connect to external wireless modules via a USB or SDIO port and supports external storage via CE-ATA or PATA.
The TQMa35-AA has an i.MX353 / 532 MHz, 32 MB Flash, 128 MB mDDR, 64 KB EEPROM and a temperature range of -30° to +85°C
